Hello friends , I sharing my today( 29/4/2020) experience with "Phone pe" Mobile App. Today I received call from One of employee Name ( Roza) at 3.50pm mobile no-9674759364.
I AM THE USER OF PHONE PE ( BUSINESS NAME RAJA TUITION CLASSES NAGPUR) .
First of all he asked about service about PHONE PE , then he asked about you have get cash back of transaction you have made. I replied due to covid-19 , I am at home office is closed. I haven't received any payments and not made any transaction. Then he asked me to open Mobile App and click on notification bell icon, I opened it, no cash back offer is there. Then he said now check notification, then he said request to pay 2000/- rs. I got their request. I said falsely I have not received any notification of cash back coz I m using same number for calling and Mobile App so it's not working.
He replied cut the call and check notification close click on it to receive cashback. Actually message of payment request made by him ( fraud people) and not for cash back.
Gyz I am sharing that message and call recieved screen shot.
He opened my phone pe account and he called to get cashback , making fool by fraud way of receiving payment. I complaint already at phone pe support and grievance handling department.
Please be aware of such fraud phone pe executives.
Reliability of services is now zero.
