Its been a year having this trimmer and I am surely not satisfied after buying I find many problems while using and handling the trimmer.
First of all I did not find it user friendly at all many times when I am using the zero trim it cut my skin, many times it cut my lips when I am using it for moustache and on my neck also.
Another problem is about battery , it discharges too fast and takes too much time to charge.
It design is quite good and looks premium and have a good finish.
About its effectiveness on face , its not best but good on use
And about the customer service its bad , my charger wire got cut they say that you have to buy a new charger , I just got it repaired in electric shop and working fine now.
Talking about the value for money , I just got the product at a discount online and it somehow good it has a value for money but the other fracture need improvement.
