I recently bought this Philips hand blender from flipkart.
I opened it and used it to make my cold coffee. The problem started as the blender did not have a proper on off button. Instead it had a rubber that needed to be pressed for as long as you need the machine running. It was very hard to press and was not a pleasant thing. Also, I read in the manual that you cannot use it for more than 30 seconds at a stretch so it wasted a lot of time for me. The rubber was also not good and I felt it could just cut open after a few uses.
I planned to return the blender. When I went on to clean the blender blades, I was shocked that the blades were not properly finished. and while cleaning, a very small piece of the metal came in my hand from the blade.
This is certainly not expected from a brand like Philips. I paid Rs. 999/- for the blender but it was not of good quality and not worth it. Don't buy it.
