Should we ask this question ourselves That why only Philips? When ever we go in the market and look for a product we see the same product of different brands and at the end we buy the product of reputed brand ( the brand name which we have heard about) and we pay extra thinking that this product is best. But ask this question is it best? Not every time specially in electronics. Here I am going to tell you about what companies strategy is.
Starting with the example of Nokia, it has manufactured the strong and very durable phones those who buy them won't buy next phone quickly at first it gained a huge market buy at the end the sales went very low, resulting in losses. So what the Chinese company are doing producing products whose like is low so that again and again consumers buy from them. The performance is good but the life is less.
Very time we think that Branded products are best but every time it is not correct. There are many companies which spend money on their product than advertisement. But are very less known to ous and we don't buy their products. The same case is here I choosed Philips because it is famous and reputed but it didn't proved it.
Blender has multi purpose uses it is used to make ice cream, buiscuit and many more uses. And there this Philips 300W blender is effective as it is 300 w but the motor inside is not that efficiently. After using it for 2 minutes the machine gets hot we can feel it because of the motor so we need to pause the work and weight for it to cool but in blending we need to be constant so the product is not effective.
I have seen other brands same product which is very effective and reliable. So we should always see the reviews of product before buying it. Buying this product isn't worth because it is costly as compared to money the product is not satisfactory.
Where as the design, look and feel is awesome it is easy to handle but such things are secondary. I went to buy it offline buy it was of 2200 Rs so I checked it online and compared this product on different websites and finally got this on snapdeal at Rs 1700. I don't know about the after sales service of Philips but I hope it is durable as I have spend 1700 bucks on it. I need to use it carefully to increase its like. But you can check other brands blender but don't forget to check that it is at least 300w or more than that.
