Great Pet Store. Review on Petsmart

Since my son got a puppy for Christmas and we had to find a carrier for him and so online shopping I went. I wanted to buy from https://petsmart.com because I had a discount for them and if the price was right that was what I was going to do. And so, I did.

I did look at other online pet stores or online stores that offered pet supplies, but over all https://petsmart.com had the best price with the best shipping charges.

The Online Store

http://www.petsmart.com is a wonderful site and not to badly priced. You can certainly find anything you want for you pet. The home page is very well laid out and makes getting around easy.

Across the very top of a page you can access your account information at any time, check your cart or use their search engine. And just beneath those you will find links that will take you to pages for all sorts of animals: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Wild Birds, Fish, Reptiles and Small Pets. Each link taking you to a specific page about the topic of choice.

Since I was looking for a small carrier for Piper I clicked on the Dog link. And from there I was able to narrow my search remarkably quick! On the left hand side of this page I was able to find via index, carriers and from there, another page opened up that gave me various choices. Now, I didn?t want to spend a lot of money because the basic need for this carrier was going to be when we were at church or out grocery shopping. And I suppose sometimes to take Piper in when we go to visit family. And besides, Piper is a Daschund and will not weigh much at all.

I chose a carrier that started out at 11.99 and that was good enough for me. After clicking that link I was able to get detailed information about the carrier I was looking at. I found this very helpful for my needs. The size of each carrier was detailed and easy to see.

I was able to click add to cart and then check out. Check out was very easy to do. I set up an account with no problems. All major credit cards are accepted. Once I paid for my order I was able to track the carrier via UPS.

Other Stuff

Back on the home page you will always find the current sale items for your various pet needs. They even offer clearance and a Stock Up sale.

They even offer free shipping on orders over 40.00 dollars (this of course is a current special). That is pretty neat! The normal shipping and handling cost vary depending on what you order: starting at 5.99 up to 11.99 ground shipping; 12.50 up to 50.00 for 2nd day and 15.00 up to 60.00 for next day.

You can also contact them via email or phone from the Customer Service area. I suggest reading this section to answer any questions you may have.

http://www.petsmart.com also offers several other programs. Training for you dog, grooming, pet hotel, adoption of pets and many other things. You can find links for these on the home page.

You can even sign up for email updates for Pet Smart, do a Catalog Quick Shop, order a Gift Card, Quick Re-Order, Locate a Store nearest you and Customer Service, by clicking on the links provided on the home page.

How I Feel

I truly enjoyed shopping at https://petsmart.com and will do so again. Since the nearest store is about 20 miles from me the Online Store is much more convenient for me. However, if I am going to be close to the store then I will just go inside and shop.

I also like that I can get a variety of things for my son?s puppy. Dog food, collars, treats, blankest and even clothes. We are not getting clothes for Piper but they are available for those who want to buy them for their dogs!

I also loved the layout of https://petsmart.com because it was just so easy to get around. And I found all my needs quickly and with detailed information. I also like to just go and look around, window shop or would you call that Internet window-shopping?

My order came in about a week after placing and was packaged carefully. If you need pet supplies think about going to https://petsmart.com first! At least check them out before you decide on what you are going to buy.
