I bought a Hugo Boss Soul perfume from perfume2order and this product was delivered on 21st Jan. When I opened the packet, the bottle was damaged. I immediately called customer service, and informed them. They gave the assurance that it will be replaced. Vinayak was the one from customer service who handled my case. He informed me that Blue Dart will pick the product within 3 days, which didn't happen. I called him and he told me pickup will be done same day, but that also didn't happen. I called again and this time Shubham assured me that he will get the product picked up. He did manage to get Blue Dart to come to me to pick the product but Blue Dart said they cannot carry liquids.
It's been almost 2 weeks now, and perfume2order has no clue on what to do. They keep lying that that they have spoken to BlueDart and emailed them to pick the defective goods. But when I talk to Blue Dart they say they have not received any email. Now, perfume2order refuses to accept responsibility because they say the matter is with Blue Dart.
I have approached the Consumer's Court to take this matter up. Will update this review on this legal course.
My recommendation - do not buy from perfume2order. Why? First- if something goes wrong with the order, they will not do anything. Second - their prices are higher than the market. Check snapdeal.com for Armani Code. Its prices at Rs 4695. The same perfume at perfume2order is priced about 6000.
Check Davidoff Cool water man. Snapdeal - 1900, perfume2order - 1999, plus vat, plus delivery charges.
