Not worth us. Review on Pepperfry

Pepperfry is a online furniture store that gives us furniture at our doorstep and their worker combines the furniture at no extra cost. I had ordered a table with 4 chair and done the payment online. It was a brown square table with a glass on it and four chairs that were made up of wood and painted black and having a decorative cover of foam on it.

It took them 45 days to delivery it to my place which was insane. The furniture came in an mini auto with a mechanic. He asked me to pay the bill for it but I told him that it is your duty and I had paid what I had to but he said he can not pay and he will go back if not paid. I paid 200 rs to the auto driver and the mechanic fitted the table glass and checked for any crack and when I looked the table the color was very light as compared to the picture shown on the website and chair were having brown color instad of black.The quality of the product was very bad.

I was very irritated by it and I called their customer care and told them and they said sir we have provided the product you have choose and now we can not take it back as product was away from the seller for more than 30days and they asked me for any help. The customer care support was very bad it was hilarious and I have to take the table and chairs. I do not prefer you to buy anything from them they just want is money and product do not worth our money.
