It has been disappointing experience buying a "Venus Study Table in Wenge Colour by HomeTown".
It clearly says on website
Dimensions: H 48 x W 46 x D 21(All Dimensions in Inches)
but Dimension of actual product H48 x W x 45 x D 15
Vast difference between 21 inches to 15 inches.
After complaining various times, its been already few weeks and no one cares to resolve the issue.
They don't have product, they fullfil it through hometown or other vendors. The balls keeps passing between hometown and pepperfry but no one looks into the issue.
