Pepper fry Interior Design. Review on Pepperfry

We had recently engaged Studio Pepperfry to do the interior work for 1 room in our Apartment Complex. The experience we had was very horrible and disappointing!

Per the contract, It was supposed to be over by September 5th. In reality, It got over on Oct 1st after multiple follow-ups. Everytime, we tried to contact the folks at Pepperfry or their vendors, they were always unreachable and never bothered to reply to our messages or phone calls.

The electrician by name lalman was very rude, arrogant and a cheat whom Pepperfry had hired as their vendor electrician to work with. He was installing low quality items from the cover that had branded names and was trying to justify his actions when confronted.

His Vendor name Udhay( he was also arrogant and spoke very rudely to us) and Project Coordinator Shruthi were also very unhelpful in getting the project completed on time. The vendor by name Uday spoke very rudely on the phone with us and defended the Electrician's actions. They wouldn't pick up the calls when we tried to reach out to them or respond to WhatsApp messages.

The shock is below.

When my husband mentioned he would pay the payment after a specific task item was done, this electrician started to rip off the lights and threatened to damage our property on a payment which we already said that it would be paid after completing the task. We were ready to pay him once the task was completed. Literally, he was behaving like a madman on which we had called our Apartment Security. This was an absolute harassment, and we ask Pepperfry to compensate us for the shoddy work done by this person and the mental harassment it caused to our family. Moreover, we lost so much time following up with these folks during this timeframe.

WE will never again recommend Pepperfry to anyone in our network!
