I purchased a set of 6 glasses of pasabahce brand from pepperfry.com. after receiving the product it was not as same as shown on the website as the glass did not have golden rings on top nor coloured/smoked portions at the bottom. I complained about this to pepperfry customer care, one representative said upload images of the product. I did that then after 2 days some one from their claims team called me regarding the glass return request. at first they were not willing to understand the mismatch of the site listed product and delivered product.
After some quarreling they were giving strange proposals of pay 250 and keep the glass set. rest they will provide coupon etc? they are not willing to take back the product and return my money. I have not seen any other ecommerce site who cheating customers like this.
pepperfry improve your service or give warnings to customers before they place any order.
