I joined this institute for an Advanced course in Java.. when there was a java boom.. and every1 was scurrying to learn The Language..
The total course fee that time was 18,000.
I had to pay 8000 upfront and then after a month each I had to pay 5000.
It was 5 hours a day for a month and then thrice a week for 2 hrs for next 2 months ..
The first month was a nightmare..
The teacher was as bad as u can imagine. She was soo fast, even if we told her that we were not understanding anything she would not give appropriate explanations.
The teacher covered JUST the examples given in the courseware.. and thats veryyy few...
By the end of the month , the basic Java was over.. with none of us having any real understanding of it.. but they r least concerned...
Then the funny part..
They completed CGI and PERL in 2 days!!
Can u imagine.. they had a guest prof who taught us some Unix commands and showed some programs in Perl,, and that was the last we saw of it.. 2 days hahhahaha
I payed up 17000 .. and in the syllabus it sed
'Front page and Photoshop ' were included.
I turned up for the lecture that day..
The lecture started. This was one I was looking forward to.. coz I love web designing..
But I was in for a rude shock..
Ten minutes into the lecture I was called by the center manager and told that Frontpage n Photoshop were not included in the package.. the course had been updated !!!
The only words I have for them : &*#@@#!#$
are the ones I cannot use online..
So freind.. stay away ..
even if its the cheapest..
even if its rite next to your house...
Plzzz save your time , money n energy..
