I joined with pay u money as a merchant. The First thing if you are customer and you want to swipe with gateway of payu money, the call center helpline is available for you and if you are a merchant and payumoney have to give you a payment than there is no help line or no call center, you just need to mail them every time. it shows intention of the company that if you are paying than every one is available for you and if you are a merchant or creditor than no one is ready to talk to you.
In my case, my client made payment through credit card and payumoney didn't transferred money to my bank account as per schedule. I tried to contact them, mailed them but as usual there was auto generated reply. After 2 days I got mail to submit the detail of customer, on same day I submitted the same. Even after that they didn't transfer my money on time. I tried many things to contact them but other than mail there is no option available. after 4 to 5 days I got the mail that "this is disputed case of payment and if you will not submit the full information of customer we will not give this amount refund to any one and whole amount will be debited to your account." so the thing was they didn't wanted to give this amount to any of the party. But the fact was that I have submitted the whole detail with phone number and address of my clients to them 4 days back. it was now almost 6 days passed payment was more than 50000. I tried to call on call center, she told me to do mail, I descried my problem to operator on phone, after long long request next day I got call from pay u money and surprisingly the call center guy was asking me questions like a CBI officer.

Customer got delivery or no? I still kept my mind cold and gave him detail as more than rs 50000 of mine was stuck. they asked me to make conference call to customer, I done that, they asked all details to customer about product and delivery like a government officer. they asked credit cards last 4 digit and after that by evening payment was transferred to my bank account almost after 7 days of transaction made. The main thing was they want to pass the time to make a transfer. The product what I sold, whom I sold, is he got the delivery is non of payumoney's business. I sold goods to the customer and he got delivery so he paid me through card. now what I sold is already written on the bill and when we registered with payumoney we have submitted GST details. Hope government of india has not appointed payumoney to ask a question about product. if my product is banned or its illegal than only government officer can ask me questions and not the payumoney call center operators.
The thing was they wanted to pass the time to make a transfer. they kept payment in a disputed category and spent a time by that.
I request merchants not to join with this company. they are totally unprofessional.
