The offers and cashback that you see on this site will make you feel that you are buying the products at a discounted and you are saving a lot of money. But the real fact is all of their offers and cashback are deceptive. And to top it all, the products that you get from their site are not of the best quality. I recently purchased a Moto G5 plus mobile phone about 4 months ago at a discounted price. After using the mobile, I noticed that the touch screen was not working properly. I had to press the option two or more time to select it. I called their customer service immediately and informed about the issue. They gave me a vague reply saying that I or someone in my home might have dropped the phone. After a heated argument, they said they will send a person to collect the phone and will send in a replacement or will credit the money to my paytm wallet. It has been close to four months but they have not taken any action yet.
