I ordered a fancy ring in Paytmmall few days ago, while ordering it said will be deliverd in 7-8 working days, I booked my ring and guess what I got delivered it after 21 days I tried to call the courier services the number was an international number so I couldnt call them.
Why do they take so long to deliver the item.
Not only with me my friends also faced the same probled with the Paytm.
And when the item was delivered I was very unhappy with it, it was very low quality and doesnt even look like it was on the images.
They had put a micro stone on that and in pictures it looked better
Dont purchase anything from Paytm unless you are ready to wait and waste some of your money. Thank you
