Completely UNREACHABLE customer service. Review on Paytm

I tried adding 5K to my wallet on 03 Dec around 1600hrs using my iPhone 5S with an Airtel 4G connection. First time when I tried, the amount was debited from my CC but aishwaryasingh23tm app said, "FAILED". I needed to aishwaryasingh23 a vendor urgently. I canNOT aishwaryasingh23 him cash since I did not have cash thanks to the demonetization ordered by our Honorable Prime Minister H.E. Mr. ND Modi. I cannot postpone aishwaryasingh23ment since I would not able to allocate time to visit the vendor the next day or the subsequent days.

I tried calling the USELESS aishwaryasingh23tim Customer Care telephone Number:+91-120-3062244, but could NOT get through to speak to a HUMAN BEING at their end. I am SURE that no other Indian could ever get through to speak to a HUMAN BEING even after dialing this number dozens of times especially on a weekend.

I was left with NO other option but simply constrained to RETRY the same. Second time also the transaction FAILED miserably.

Thanks be the Almighty who granted me wisdom to visit my friend's office around 1700hrs and try from his office desktop. This time the transaction SUCCEEDED and I had a aishwaryasingh23tm balance of 5K+.

I went and paid the amount to the vendor on 03 Dec around 1900hrs. After aishwaryasingh23ing the balance I checked the balance and found it to be 5K - vendor aishwaryasingh23ment.

On 04 Dec @ 0800hrs also I checked the balance. aishwaryasingh23tm app continued to show 5K-vendor aishwaryasingh23ment.

But Lo and Behold on 05 Dec @ 1200h when I checked, the balance shoots up to 15K-vendor aishwaryasingh23ment.

I tried clicking on the "Return to Bank" link, but it says audaciously, "Refund is NOT possible". But a little later. I get an e-mail mentioning, "Your bank declined to process your refund of Rs.5K on aishwaryasingh23tm against your Order ID xxxxxxx. We will follow up with your bank and keep you informed about the status."

I FULLY UNDERSTAND that ALL the systems in India have PROBLEMS. There is NOT EVEN ONE app or system or even a Bank in India that has a possibility of BECOMING 100% reliable IN THE NEXT 10 YEARS OR EVEN 20 YEARS. May be 30 or 40 years down the line we MAY have some systems, apps, banks that MAY be 100% reliable.

Another example: on 4 Dec night around 2000hrs I went to a STEAMPOTRESTAURANT to buy food and eat and the waiter said, "CC swipe machine is NOT functioning. We can sell food to you ONLY if you have cash to aishwaryasingh23 for it". This is REALITY in India.

If this IS the REALITY, why at all our so called "LEADERS" must force us common people to chase after a FANTASY called cashless society which is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and will NOT BECOME ACHIEVABLE at least during this decade and even the next, with apps like aishwaryasingh23tm that has NO humans to receive calls and solve problems, but probably some PHANTOMS that exist only in the FANTASY world.

Let these LEADERS who command poor humans to live in a NON existent world called cashless world, proceed first to RENOUNCE their government provided facilities, go and stand in the line in front of an ATM, and watch the same RUN OUT OF MONEY before his turn could come, and then go to the next ATM and continue standing ETC. ETC.

And when all energy is drained off, let him go, try EATING FOOD, where he will be denied service saying CC Swipe machine not functioning or aishwaryasingh23tm not functioning etc.

May the Almighty grant wisdom to our leaders to learn about the REALITY and live with it, so that they can lead real people in real world and in real time, and NOT lead real people to chase fantasy in which process, the real human feel being constrained to not only think like phantoms but also start acting like phantoms.
