After demonetisation this sofware become very usefull, for any small or big payment.Many People start using this app like auto riksaw or taxi drivers, snack or food counter even some tea makers too so it become more usefull these days.I usally use it for mobile recharge and dth recharge, but I like its online product range and elictric bill payment too.Customer service is good but product price are not so atractive, ya I know they give many discount and cash back offers so it become atractive but you have to be selective and compare it on another site too, I got some product price less on amazon and flipkart so please compare it first before buying there.Deliver time not bad as it also takes 3~ 5 days as other online shopping platform also takes.App is so user friendly so my 10 year nephew can also put some order there.website look like similar but didnt use that so much so I cant comment on website.Reliability is also good till now I have no complain for paytm.Paytm karo!
