Best For Recharge, But Pathetic Customer Care

Now a days many online recharge & shopping site launched . Some of them are good & some of them are bad . But, no one is 100% good . One example is Paytm for online recharge & shopping . Paytm is very good website for online mobile recharge & bill payment . But, Paytm have issue which may be big problem for users . I am using Paytm from last 2 years .


Earlier when Paytm launched, then it have some issues . It took too much time complete a recharge . Some times it took more than 1 day to complete the recharge . Few times Paytm made my transaction in Processing status for long time, then it was failed . That was more irritating for me .


After few months, Paytm had improved their system very  well . Recharge can successful instantly . I just loved their service . But, other than it Paytm have some negative points .


Bad Customer Service:- I always get a bad experience when I contact with their customer care team . Their mail customer care service is fully worst . Always they provide unnecessary, wrong information . After asking any help, they answer me with another topic different from my question . To reply me, they always take more & more time .Sometimes, they don't reply anything . But, before few months their Facebook customer care was awesome . They are very helpful . Within few hours they reply & solved my issue . But, few days ago I faced a problem & asked them in their facebook private message . They answer me totally wrong information . I ask them " In Accept Payment option wrongly I have set a bank account, how can I change my bank account? " Then they answer me " Hi! Please select the save card and select the add card,  you can use the new card for the transaction. Thanks " . I asked them how can I change by saved bank account in which I have set Receiving Payment, then answer with a process by which I can change my saved Debit Card . So, this is totally wrong . Again I reply them with my proper quiry, but no reply . After waiting 2 days for their reply, again I sent a reminder to help me . But, till now they don't reply me . Again & Again I asked for help, but no reply . So, it is sure that their customer care team is very pathetic, bad & unfriendly .


Service Charge:- When I transfer money in my bank account, or charge more than 4% . Where, Citruspay, Freecharge don't charge a single rupee . So, Paytm charge too much service tax . Although, in recent time may be upto 31st Dec, 2016 Paytm don't charge service tax as per rule of Indian govt .


Product on Paytm:- Few time I got some products in very less price . So, I want to order these . But, during processing of my order I was unable to set my delivery address . I have tried many times . After that, I sent mail to their customer care team with screenshot . But, issue not solved . Few times, from my neighborhood I hear that products of Paytm are not good quality . They also took many time to deliver the product & return policy also not friendly .


Recharge issue:- Previously I already said that now Paytm improve their recharge system . I don't have any complaints about it . But, when my recharge gone in pending status for long time, I can't can't cancel it to re-order my recharge . If Paytm add this option, by which a user can cancel his pending recharge . It will be more helpful .


Loading time of Paytm website is not fast . It takes time .


From, my above experiences I say that Paytm should improve their customer care service . If they don't improve it, how their user solve the problem . A user can feel helpless . So, I request to Paytm please improve your system as I explaine .
