Hi Everyone, This Review is my own personal Experience with Paytm. in this brief review I will explain the whole issue. PAYTM offers LED125 with Electricity bill payment. they gave me a time frame of 3 days for receiving a code through SMS. Now, this issue is 15 days old and guess what I did not receive any kind of SMS or Email of code. Here is my complaint Ticket ID: 22085356
I made a complaint about this issue. customer care Executive promised me to look upon the matter and get back soon on the issue. now this matter is 22 days old and they do not even bother contacting me. I think they don't care about keeping their words after selling product or service. that is what I experienced with PAYTM. if I tell you about PAYTM app Interface, it is reasonably ok. but paytm app is not working on Nokia x android mobile. my experience with PAYTM is not pleasant. one biggest back-draw of this PAYTM is they do not offer money transfer from the website. they only give money transfer service on Application.
My final words on this PAYTM product is, don't trust this website or app for large amount transition or bill payment. they give fack promises. customer care service is classless. this product is good for normal mobile recharge and small amount payment transaction that is it.
