I tried recharging my vodafone number through PayTM and the recharge failed. They put the money to the Paytm cash account. I had initiated a transfer from the PayTM cash account to my bank on the 16th of April and the money has not yet been credited back to my bank. I have sent them innumerable emails, but they response using the same canned email.
Totally fraud and a ripoff. Avoid them and maybe complaint about them to TRAI or any other regulatory body?
