I made a payment using Paytm in Murugan Idly Shop, Ambatur. Neither the restaurant received the SMS and hence its obvious that payment was a failure.
So I paid using my debit card.
I checked the failed payment with Paytm support and they said the payment is made to hotel successfully and I need to check with hotel. Hotel said they did not receive the payment.
Payment medium here is Paytm and they should have supported and proved that payment is made so that I can get a refund from hotel. But they did not provide any support and told that I need to check with bank.
So I lost the money I paid using Paytm and no solution was provided by Paytm support.
