Worst customer service. Review on Paytm

Hello friends, Today I am telling you about the Paytm Mobile app.I am using this app from three years.But my experience wa bad with that.I did not like this app.Its concept is good like as we can money transfer bank to bank account and with using upi but its take extra transfer charge.so its not so good for this.Recently I facing many problems related to my KYC.When I am trying to KYC on my Paytm Account then its not completing.It gives notification that your adhar card is already linked at ur mobile number but I didn't linked my adhar card on my paytm account.Many times I tried contact to the customer care but call not connected to the customer care executive.It was very irritating and I was getting angry becausey problems didn't resolved till now.This problem I am facing from 8 months but my problem not without KyC I do not transfer money to the other account that is very irritating.So guys I didn't like this app and I do not recommend this.
