Paytm is India’s first-of-its-kind mobile commerce platform for recharging your mobile phone and data card becomes a hassle free task. Here, you can also pay your landline bills, gas bills, postpaid mobile bills, and other utility bills in the most simplified process ever.
Paytm also offers a wide range of consumer goods like electronics, books, apparels, home furnishings etc. Sometimes I use Paytm to recharge my mobile and data card. I am very happy with that. Last week I used PayTm BUS booking service. It creates a very bad impact on Paytm.
I reserved One ticket from Hyderabad to Kadapa on June 2nd(ORDER NO. 1059588682). I got ticket confirmation to my mail id, and there boarding points is mentioned as SR Nagar, Old Petrol Bunk(Hyderabad). I am unable to find the boarding point in SR Nagar.
I was trying to contact travel agent with provided number(9248*332) in ticket, But I dint get any response from them. Even I dint get support from Paytm Customer service. Its a very very bad experience with your service. Please dont encourage such kind of Travles Services with you. Thank you.
