We would like to inform you that currently we are unable to schedule a reverse pick up from your location.
We would request you to courier it back to the merchant at the address as mentioned on the shipment. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the item. The item must only have been used for trial. It cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way.
Request you to kindly share the Scan copy of your POD(courier slip) at below mentioned email id so that we can track the shipment further. Once the product reaches the merchant, amount will be refunded to your Paytm account along with courier charges as Paytm Cash.

Till now they have not done it. Now they changed from 48 hours to 96 hours
