Paytm was introduced as few years back when there were only few competitors. I felt happy initially using the app because they use to provide loads of cash back and offers while purchasing products from their app. Now, as trend grown fully with few features that they introduced has came to light.
The concept was pretty nice as per a mobile recharge/wallet works definitely the best one in market when launched first time. But as the years goes they stopped giving cashbacks and all and that's where the other competitors leveraged loads of cashback and discounts on products.
As, they slowly started losing their customers. I like the concept behind the app, it is still nice to transfer or get money electronically from other Paytm users. And, they do provide the options to transfer the wallet money to bank account. Hence, I have used their services but the app really sucks and slow while loading. They would have kept an extra app for shopping and one for recharges.
The layout and design was just fine nothing much to talk about. It is not simpler as you would think, a user would find it difficult to find the options to navigate at least, I find it difficult they should have moved with a single app for recharges and all you know what I am talking about.
Talking about the features or functions I really don't have any complaints but again the same thing applies. I do find some complexities while using paytm app. Instead allowing everything in one app they should have created one standalone app for recharges and all and one for shopping.
The usefulness can be seen while I may the only one reviewing it bad. Well, I did not find any issues with that. According to me, I just shared what I felt after using for years. Even the dekstop version is not that effcient and takes time to surf pages. That's another topic.
I know, I am just asking it bit more, but I do care when a user faces issues with app. Just to sweet note at the end. If you like the review and address my concern please do mark it helpful. Thanks.
