Irritating delivery charges. Review on Paytm

It is the best online shopping and recharging website, but it became very worst and there are any problems in the website and it become very slow and they have changed there terms and policies . the main changes are

1. They are adding shipping charges for every item.

   
   




2. When ever we place a order they take our order and the money is being paid and they send a message the seller cant ship on the given area, if the seller wont process the order why they are taking the payment and they simply refund the money in the paytm wallet which should be used for shopping either recharging. And with efforts if we contact continuously there customer care they will process our request to transfer our money t o our bank account and it takes nearly 20 days form the date of the request.

   
   




3. The recharges are better but some networks like uninor, airtel, Bsnl the recharges are done after 30 mins of the payment.

   
   




4. The website is taking so much time to load.

   
   




5. Giving lots of cashback which is cheating, they simply increase the cost of product and give us the cash back in wallet which should used in paytm only.  The cost of the product is very less in other site and stores.
