Guys, We ordered refrigerator on 15th april as it was mentioned like it will be delivered in next 24 hours But today is 17th and still our Item is not yet delivered.
We discussed and escalated multiple times to Paytm support but they said they want 48 hours time to work on it and after 48 hours also they updated like our product will be delivered in between 21st to 24th April that means 24 hours is equal to 9 Days for paytm.
So kindly never buy anything if you want your product on Time, I'm also attaching images to refer for both paytm Guys n you.
