Hello friend, I will share my views about the Paytm shopping app. I have not done many much shopping on this app but one day my friend's mobile battery has stop working . So , we ordered a battery for the lyf flame 6 mobile battery on the Paytm app because it was also giving the cashback also so we ordered the battery from there . And we have also done the payment online. Then I showed that delivery will be in 7-8 working days . After 7 days the battery has finally reached to us . When we opened the packet and put the battery into the mobile then the battery was not putting properly . So , we decided to return the battery back . After filling the return request it showed that after 15-16 days . This shows that how much slow service Paytm is giving to us . And if to try to call there customer care then there are very less chance that the customer care pick up the call. As the computer always says that our executive are busy right now .
So , think before you go for shopping on the Paytm app
