The status of my ordered product shows that "handed over to courier", but no shipment details even after the given date of shipment. When contacted the CS says that there might be delay for another 2 weeks.
My previous experience was that the seller sent a different product, quality, color, model everything differs which I returned.
Paytm is reliable only for mobile recharge. For other e-commerce look at others and avoid paytm.One star rating is more than enough for paytm
