I purchased Voltas ac from paytm on 31st May 18 and it was delivered on 2nd Jun 18 immediately I called #Voltas n they did the best service, next day technician installed window ac but on commissioning a noise was coming from ac next day Volta's Engg visited and informed that fan is damaged and don't run ac otherwise it may damage pipes and probably a gas leak.
I immediately wrote a mail to paytm and worst customer care experience was in my front. After four days of complaining, they asked me details and pics I immediately shared and they approved product return but after 3 day SMS from courier received in morning but in afternoon without any call or visit I received another SMS that your pickup canceled. I complained about this incident but after few days I got your return rejected by seller #Sargam with the allegation that you canceled the pickup.
Then after numerous calls th worst customer care they again approved pick but then daily basis my follow up with care product was not picked till today.
Liar care persons console me that pickup will be done and the case is on priority.
But after more than 25days of struggle and unused damaged product this afternoon then again rejected return with an allegation that you canceled pickup.
Very Funny part of stupid Paytm mail subject is your returned rejected by the seller because you canceled pickup and in mail details written:
1 original invoice not there.
2 original accessories not there.
3 product it tempered.
How you can trust cheating firms.
Actually paytm is good for recharge not for buying.I read so many reviews that they are selling refurbished and damaged products and never respect returns policy like Flipkart and Amazon. It is proved right in my case.
