I have used paytm for some time and in starting I felt it was pretty cool app which help you to make payment of your utilities bill and for recharge. It help me to make payment some places where I was not having money. That time I feel that is is good app and I can use it.
One day I have recharge a mobile no and make payment via credit card. It was around 2000 rs transaction and transaction got successful but recharge was not successful. That was showing message waiting for operator conformation. I wait for a long time but did not received the recharge. I went to there contact us column, but there was an Email id only on the name of customer care. There was no any contact no. I wrote an email to them but did not get any reply. after some days that transaction got failed and paytm refund the money in paytm wallet instate of transferring the amount in my card.
Recently in Nov 2016 I have made a transaction of Rs 5000 to Mr Vikrant. But transaction got pending due to some document reasons. That time also paytm was not having any customer care contact no. There was only Email id of customer care. I did not received any reply from Paytm. After taht I have paid the amount in cash. I wrote an email to Paytm and next day I got a reply from them that You are requested you to kindly ask receiver to verify the mobile number within 1 working day to receive money else the request to send money will be fail automatically. I wrote them again that I have made him payment via another source so please cancel the transaction. But I did not get any reply after that. Again on 20 nov and 22 nov I wrote to them but they did not reply. There was no another source to contact them. I was so fed up with the service of paytm.
On 24th Nov paytm release the payment to Mr Vikrant as I was expecting the amount will be back to me. But no. amount was given to Mr Vikrant. I have called to him and requested him to return the amount. As he was a good person, he return the amount to my paytm wallet.
Now on 8th Feb I got mail from Paytm that
"Greetings from Paytm!
We would like to inform you that, your request to send money of Rs. 5000 to receiver 9.2 has been successfully processed.
I am so irritated with its services that I have deleted the paytm app and will never use it.
