I have a Payback account for more than 3 years. Whenever I try to redeem the points for recharging my Vodafone connection, points are instantly deducted from my account, but the phone is never topped up.
Last time, it took me a month to get the points credited back to my account. Today I redeemed 888 points for recharging with Rs.222 voucher. Again same issue, points evaporated, but no recharge. Now I am asked to wait 48 hrs. They wont even take a complaint before then!
