Patra Corp where I hab for one year is above average employers who vare for there employees.
I have worked there as a junior manager, there salary package is not good but it is not also worst its just an average, as a manager I am getting 15000 which not goof as per my expectations but there working hours, working conditions and working environment is awesome which help me to do my works perfectly.
There staff and top management is very nice with there employees including me, they provide good incentive to me as to encourage me.
Although there is no job security as they did not provide any but there is a major reason to join them as there is a good career opportunities which will be at your door after joining and gaining experiance from them.
In conclusion I will say that this employers are average for me.
