I booked a weekly tour package for gujarat with them by online booking. On the booked date I reached their office to begin the tour. The tour guide joined us and we started by van on first day. From the very beginning our tour guide had a very rude attitude and hew was impolite to all guests. The van they had booked was supposed to have air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning fitted to the van. We were travelling during mid summer, this made our tour experience very bad one. Their Van was not also in a fit condition and it broke down twice during our journey. The tourist guide was also not well aware of the facts about the historic places where he took us. Our tour package also comprised of breakfast, but the breakfast they provided tasted very bad, that we altogether avoided it and took our own food at nearby hotels. The tour operator was of no help to us during our trip. please avoid patel tours if you want a good travel experience
