I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai yesterday(13th May 2016) and while I was getting off the bus, the driver picked up the bus before I got off and he was very rude. Is this how passengers are treated especially senior citizen and a lady. I would definitely suggest never to travel with Patel tours and travels again.I will give it negative rating if there is, instead of being helpful, they are rude.
We had upper birth and they dint even offer assistance to change, instead they were downright rude and got amgry. When we ask them which stop do you stop at, than they something else apart from what the offices say. They dint even allow me to off-load my luggage. I almost fell off the bus. If this is how senior citizens, especially lady, are treated, than I would give negative rating to Patel tours and travels bus service. Just down right horrible. The entire bus was also shaking. I will definitely advice against travelling with Patel tours and travels.
