I'm using this one for giddiness problem, very effective . Good for digestion also, used as laxative also. For me used to get rid of giddiness also. It's a product from Baba ramdev most trusted brand made in Bharat, price of this product is also less when compared to brands like Dabur and Bhaidyanath.
One can try the product to get rid of acidity and insomnia problems also. I would rate it as 4.5/5.
