In todays world everybody know that having ghee in our food increses obesity and heart diseases and most of our parent are suffering from heart diseases, and extra fat on the body but the main reason of the problem is the busy life style not the ghee, Patanjali Cow ghee is very healthy as it is pure cow ghee which which help us to increase our stamina, sharpen our mind, and this ghee is very good for heart, if we all have Patanjali ghee one spoon daliy and cook our food in ghee it will turn our food more tasty and a positive change in our body, mind and heart.
