WORST HOSPITAL - RUDE STAFF. Review on Park Hospital - Gurgaon

Park Hospital is the worst hospital I have ever seen either if we talk about Private Facility or Govt. one. We went there for Typhoid treatment in an emergency, but they are so much rude and lazy in their behavior, nobody is ready to take prompt action for the benefit of the patient, they just know their shift timing, that’s all. Being in the safety and healthcare industry they should encourage wearing masks and safety protocols, but neither their head management – directors, MD and other big fishes nor many of the nursing staff, ward boys,s and housekeeping wear it. Being sitting in dust and a mess, hospital staff and patients and their family members everybody is walking and roaming in that area only and whole day carpenters are doing their bulshit works too. There is a huge difference in the ground to 2nd floor and top floor where Directors generally sit. Usually, the hospital should be peaceful and quiet so patients can sleep peacefully at least, but their whole renovation work, drilling work everything is in progress during whole day time, but they can’t stop it even if it bothers any of us sitting in the hospital and charging the same price which a 5-star facilitated hospital generally charge. Doctors are quite good in their work and pro and nice in nature but the staff is pathetic. After so many requests also they just don’t give a dam to it. We were in an emergency so admitted our father to THE PARK HOSPITAL, but had the worst experience ever. Being so many room’s hospitals they should at least have some parking space too. But they have so much shortage of that also, 90% of the space is used by their own staff, doctors, MD, Ambulance, etc. Might be possible they offer a bribe to Police also, that’s why being parked all the vehicles on the road police generally have no issue with that too. Like a 5-star hotel, the Owner or MD vehicle is parked under Red ribbon on the very front face of the hospital otherwise, they give a dam to it too, whosoever is coming there either barefoot or by car or anything.

If we talk about the food, it is beyond expectations, the whole world is avoiding plastics and they are serving whole food in Plastic trays only. Pigeons are coming into the room from the window. Emergency bells beside patient’s bed are not working, if you don’t have an attendant with ur patient, he wud have died too coz even after 2 hours, nobody will come to ask your problem. Semi-Private room’s door also cannot be closed as the beds are bigger than the size so becoming an obstacle in the door side. Every morning head of doctors comes on around by telling the staff that they are coming, so everything can be in its place, wat a cherry on the cake and at that time no matter, the doctor is talking to a patient or patient is in the washroom, mopping, brooming, washroom cleaning, BF platter pick up everything will be done in between that period only.

Adding stars to the comment, at the time of discharge, they even don’t show bill to the patient side that anybody can see it genuine or need some rectification. Amongst all these things there are few people who are generous, friendly, quick to help, and supportive, would like to thank, AFZAL(Floor Manager), IRFAN, NIDHI, and their Nursing head doctor sitting at a nursing station( I don’t know his name specifically) and yes Dr. Jyoti too. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE IN HIS LIFETIME, Better to go to any Govt. Hospital but not here. worst experience
