I wish to share our experience of europe holidays through Paras holidays with you all.
We were a group of ten persons and we went to Paris/Swiss(7
D/6N) on 9th June 2018.
- We were given in writing via email by Ms Preeti that cost per person would be Rs.108000/- inclusive of GST. But when we had to make the payment then Paras employees asked us to pay Rs 113175/- saying that excess amount is due to GST and Eur fluctuation. We also spoke to the GM Ms S Jain. But she said that Co. is not liable for any lies of their employees. Very conveniently they shifted the whole blame on Preeti.
Moreover, the dealing of the whole staff was very very unprofessional. They never send any communications. When we try to speak to them the concerned person is never on the seat and we are promised a Call Back. The concerned person never Calls Back as this word has no meaning for the Paras Employees. Due to the lack of the right response we are always forced to go to their office in Gurudwara Road.
- When we were making the Final Payment we were given a list of Tentative Hotel Sheet which showed the names of the following 4 Star Hotels
a. Paris -Hotel NOVOTEL suites Paris Velizy
b. Zurich - Thessoni Classic Zurich
But as soon as our cheque got cleared we got a message of change in our Hotels. In Paris we had to stay in Hotel Executive. The carpets in the room were smelling. It seemed that those rooms were not in use since months.
In Zurich we stayed for two days in Hotel Move N Pick. We liked this hotel.
But on the Last day of our stay in Zurich we were moved to a very small hotel in some remote pubtown. I won't even call it a hotel. It appeared to be a motel.
- After reaching Delhi we have been following up with Priyanka to send the original invoices to us since 10th July. But we have not received the invoices till date(Over one month has elapsed).Sometimes Priyanka says that the invoices have been sent through courier but refuses to give the contact no.of the courier. Sometimes she asks for your address again. On some pretext or the other they are holding back the invoices. They have charged us GST but are not willing to issue the GST invoices.
So Friends whenever you are travelling with Paras Holidays please make sure that you take everything in writing.
