I bought an entry level microwave oven from Panasonic for basic re-heating. the door hook broke. When I registered a service complaint, I was told that there should be a engineer visit. But As I am also an engineer and I opened it and found that door hook is broken kindly arrange for the same In fact I have sent them part picture serial number, model number and all the details.Suddenly they closed my complaint without giving me any reason and when I called them again they asked for and engineer's visit whereas part was not available with them.After that we have written about the problem again but no response.So it was a very bad experience with panasonic product.
Please avoid panasonic products.
