Truely a bad service.!


Its regrading my panasonic convention microwave owen model no. NN-CT353B FDG which is not working properly since 2weeks and its complaint no is R-250916140693. I had given a complaint in your service center almost 2weeks passed your service enng guys came twice and told finally it has a problem of capacitor so he told it needs to be replaced and will come within 2-3 days. So its been a week no one has turned up from your side to update me nor any followups done and when I called your service center today again they dont have idea about the part replacement. So I need to understand what kind of service is this& when will my issue get resolved because am not at all happy& satisfied with your services. I need a reply asap kindly resolve the issue.
