I have this panasonic convection oven it is working smoothly. its button on control panel is quit soft in operation various types of button are there which automatically starts working when we feed the wait of food, it select its time on the wait of food. this microwave oven is with me for last one year . no problem has yet arrived so I can't review about service, but few other machine are there of panasonic for that service is good
