Hi buyers, this is Rezaul and today I am going to share my experienced about this mixer. I have purchased this mixer from amazon online shopping site and I have a very bad experienced about this mixer.
The mixer at first work properly almost one months and thereafter it doesn't work properly. Sometime it is working or sometime it is suddenly stopped and not worked then I have called their customer care service representative and they have raised a complaint regarding this issue and after 5-6 days their service mechanics visited my home to check the issue. After checked they said some parts of the mixer had gone bad and which need to be changed for resolve the issue. I said okay with this, then they changed some parts and did something and wants charged from me od Rs.700/- i.e 300 visiting charged and 400 parts replaced charged. I said it is one year warranty product but why you are charged from me? then they simply said the parts which had gone bad not cover under warranty. So I thought their service and support is not good.
After again 2 months the mixer stopped i.e completely died(Not worked).
The motor of this mixer is not powerful.
After using some days its jar handle becomes very loose.
The quality of the body is very low and it is easily breakable.
The blades of the grinder are not very sharp.
The speed of this mixer is very slow.
>It is not a user friendly mixer grinder for its bad services, because sometimes it is work or sometime not work.
>Durability of this mixer is not good.
>It is not a handy mixer.
>Style and design of this mixer is good but service is very bad.
>Service & Support of this product is very bad.
So, I therefore not recommend other to buy this mixer grinder.
