The product is very substandard. The magntron damaged due to Fan and they say it is out of warranty in about 2 years and the usage was less than 50 hours. They are charging about 7, 200/ to replace it and that too with out my fault as the Fan malfunctioned! I could not understand if the fan can not work, there should be some trigger which will stop the unit to function, the second point is how can a fan get damaged with a usage of less than 50 hours as a whole. Very bad experience. I didn't expect such a bad product from Panasonic. The product is with service center and I told them to keep with them as a show piece.
