Panasonic 'The Worst'

On 25 Feb 2021, I purchased a Panasonic Inverter AC From RAHUL ELECTRONICS GOREGAON WEST Branch.


The next day I heard some noise from the machine which is outside in the gallery, so I called up the person who installed my AC and after checking the AC he informed me that the fan in the machine is broken and asked me to register a complaint to the customer care. The complaint was made on 27th February 2021 and they said that the machine will be replaced within a week. After 5 Days I again called customer care and the person who received the call gave me 2 numbers and asked me to talk to their senior. The Numbers which he provided me do not exist. On 4 March 2021, a person named NADEEM working in RAHUL ELECTRONICS sent me the Screenshots of the chats Between Him and PANASONIC COMPANY which shows that the Machine will be replaced on MONDAY.


Today when they were not here with the machine I went to RAHUL ELECTRONICS to ask about the machine replacement. The person Named NADEEM was on leave and his Mobile was also switched off, So I Asked The Manager Named SACHIN But he was Unaware of my complaint and also he was not showing any interest in solving my problem, he said that the problem will be checked by him next day. Later I Called up PANASONIC CUSTOMER CARE and again asked about my complaint. The person who attended my call transferred my call to their Senior Official Named ANUPAMA. She took the SERVICE CENTRE MANAGER Named ASHISH VISHWAKARMA on the conference call who told me that the machine will be replaced on Wednesday (which they had messaged and told me that the machine will be replaced today ie. MONDAY).


I Had complained about my problem on 27th Feb 2021 and they registered and approved my complaint on 8 March 2021 is after 9 days this is informed to me by the Senior Official ANUPAMA. But I Don't think my AC will be replaced on WEDNESDAY as I have experienced the worst service provided to me by RAHUL ELECTRONICS and PANSONIC COMPANY.


So, I suggest Everyone not buy any type of products from RAHUL ELECTRONICS and also PANASONIC PRODUCTS as they have the Worst ( GHATIYA ) customer care service in the world as they don't care about the customer after the payment of the product is received by them.
