A very good looking device, but still they lack in the picture clarity compared to pocket PC. Also the USB cradle hotsyncing is generally an issue with many computers. Another major problem is that this device is not for putting in pocket of tight trousers , because the up/ down key get stuck very frequently which could evently lead you to discard the device. The SD card slot is a good feature which lets you carry lot of data with you. Do remember also to check out the documentst go software which comes in the palm CD. It could solve lot of your problems on using MS office documents on palm
