Today I am going to review regarding paisabazaar.com.I want to share my Horrible experience regarding paisabazaar.com.I come to know about this website through my friend.I wanted to invest my money in SIP. I have been bought a mutual fund of reliance capital(folio no 1083447645) on 12 April 2016 I made my payment of rupees 3400 through my debit card there is continuously buffering on webpage for 4 minutes and amount debited but there is no confirmation message display on website it is shown blank so after 2 hour I have getting message in my mobile and having getting two reference number BR00005610Xz and other one is PB58894673.So it is very confusing for me that amount is successful credited to my SIP account or not.So I contacted to paisabazaar.com customer care so executive of paisabazaar .com said as we have no confirmation so contact to your reliance fund so I said escalate my call to reliance fund equity customer care so they deny to escalate my call as we have no medium to escalate your call to reliance fund equity.So they given me reliance customer care number so their executive tell me same thing contact to paisabazaar.com.I again contacted to paisabazaar they reply me with same thing.So I said to paisabazaar executive please escalate my call to your senior official so he said and escalated my call to their senior executive.Executive put my call hold for 5 minute.This is not a way to deal with customer as your bussiness is exist without customers so senior name to rohit mehra attend my call .First he tell me sir what you have problem you are calling so many times today .Why are calling repeatedly?So I said sir first learn to way to talk with customer your are talking with such an arrogant behaviour.I am calling for my money I am not calling unnecessary and I am calling 1000 times a day till I have not received my money back.So he said sorry for their rude behavior and raised my complaint and said your complaint resolved within 4 working but complaint resolution comes it is successful credited to reliance fund equity so I contacted again reliance customer care with both reference number which I get so they replied these both reference number are from paisabazaar.com as we have not getting money.so when I again contacted their customer care number they said contact your bank I contact my sbi customer they replied your transaction is successful going to merchant because these both reference number are generating from paisabazzar.com.so when I again contact to paisabazaar.com they put me on hold and finally put me on rejected list.I having sending lots of emails to their website but neither get responded and neither refund my money such a worst and pathetic people's.Dont come in trap of these fraud people.Thank you
