After all the struggle the Padmaavat movie released, I was personally very excited to watch this movie and after Bhansali's Baajirav mastani, I wasn't able to wait to watch Padmaavat.
The start of movie was nice, but introduction scenes of the characters, plus the story had many loop holes, with some scenes many questions arised in my mind of how is this possible. The one thing I liked most about this movie is the acting of the trio of the movie, and specially of khilji character.
But the one thing I disliked about the movie was the slowness, and the gaps in movie. While watching it felt like the missing parts are there in the story, and some scenes are unanswerable and illogical. Also as most of audience were aware of the story of Padmavati by textbooks or other sources, there was urge in everybody mind to see some very entertaining scenes.
From start to the end of movie, there were less battle scenes and none of the fights were that much impressive, only the acting of the actors was impressive but entertainment factor was lacking in the whole movie, and I consider it a one time watch movie.
Also since I watched it in 3D, I was more dissappointed because they didn't have any scenes that are worth watching in 3D, so I would say that if my readers want to watch this movie go for 2D option. Although plot, storyline were nice without those logical loop holes, but entertainment factor was not there, and expectations didn't met.
Thank you.
