Called me for about 10 times after booking and asked are you coming will there be any change . every time I said I coming no changes I am looking forward to stay . When I reached at my place those guys denied stay and oyo could not provide me with another stay and could not give me a refund immediately I had to wait for 7 days . not reliable, not trustworthy, not responsible, does not value your time and money, bad service from customer care I asked them to call me back because I had an urgent call from company I am working for and the guy who talked to me over the phone representing oyo said its not possible you have to stay in line to get the refund.
