Dear friends,
Please never every opt for OYO rooms, these people are most unprofestional and fraud. I have booked resort thorugh booing.com for OYO room and I got an confirmation voucher email. when reached teh place in eveng on rainy day with family, these people said there is no confirmation, we have no communication. and I should contact booking.com. These guys even didnt bother to find me another room or giving any option. Please pass this information to your friends and family not to ever book any OYO room.
when I called OYO customer care and asked to escalate, the customer care representative told,he cant pass phone to his boss superior. And they cant help me out. If this case would have been with makemy trip or goibibo they would ve given other option and arrangement immdiately and resolved issue.
Most pathetic and horrible people, OYO people.i am lodging customer/mental harrasment case against them .
The most fraud people. guys please never ever go for OYO .
They dont even deserve a single star. Please pass to your family friends
