Very Bad experience with OYO Room. I have booked a hotel (Booking ID OYI38765) Empire Stay Peace, Ernakulam Jn., since it is little inside, hence I called Oyo Customer Care.... Not once but 10times to get the direction. Finally I gave and find out the property myself with the help local people after spending 2hrs on the road. My struggle does not end here, the Hotel denied the booking in low price and said our contract ended last August. So I called they put me on hold for 49mins to discuss with their superior as well as hotel manager but not able to resolve. It has been 3 hrs this drama is going on and I asked the customer care executive to have call with her Manager called Anne. She said we will arrange supervisor call back to you within 2 hrs and she is busy can't talk. Irony is that i am already on the road for last 3 hrs and cannot wait another 2 hrs. The super isor Ms Anne finally called me said I am sorry i will shift you to another hotel which is 6.5km from that hotel and said I do not have any option. Today it's not me who is harassed but in 2hrs i have seen 3 more who caught in trap of OYO room who are denied booking. OYO is 3rd class and I have requested the Ernakulam Hotel association to put up a board stating "OYO Booking not accepted here"
